Acoustic Tour ‘Wood & Wire’
What a beautiful venue, great sound and a cup of tea on arrival! There’s even a pub which is open after the gig!
More churches should do this kind of thing.
This was an awesome gig. I’ve not thrown so many crowd surfers up since 1998 or so!
- Thirty-Six Strategies
A late call to come to this one. A few years back Therapy? played Troublegum in full for the first time, this year they played Infernal Love.
Metallica are of course the big draw at this years even playing their On Demand set chosen by the fans so this should be one epic show not to be missed.
I spotted Kerbdog were playing a few days before the festival nestled away on the Bohemia tent. They are one of the bands from my youth who I fucking loved! They have a new Pledge Music project so if you like them get on it.
No ticket as I was on the Guest list thanks to Ronald, cheers man!
- Hawk Eyes
- La Faro
No ticket for this one was on the guest list via Ronald and Nick. Interesting small venue in a small town in the far north of The Netherlands.
A repeat showing of the band playing Troublegum. They first played this show at this years Sonisphere Festival and went down a storm.
The show was great with the crowd really into it from start to finish. After the Troublegum part of the show the band went on to perform a number of other tracks. A small after show party finished the night which was also attended by Grant from Feeder and Chris McCormack who was part of 3 Colours Red, one of the best British bands of the late 90s. Chris McCormack’s girlfriend is seriously hot by the way…
Many thanks to Ronald for sorting me out the AAA pass for the show, it was great to see you again for a few beers (2 days worth :D).
